    The whole budget can pretty much be filed under ‘deferred pain’.
    With the triple lock and ISA news I think they need to keep the aged happy. If my town centre is typical of most, they are the only ones spending money!
    I wonder if they have factored in the likelihood of increased SS over the next 3 years?
