Electric Moped Battery Issues!

Doesn't sound right... sounds like a contactor dropping out because of low voltage.If it were a car, I'd suggest charging the 12V auxiliary battery, but I've no idea if an electric moped has one.If it does- start by charging it.I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....

You should be getting that checked out properly, it "could" be a prelude for bigger more dangerous issues. Don't take the risk if you charge it in the house, there are enough videos that demonstrate what can go wrong.0

I have tested it to see where the sound is coming from and looks like battery is fine because coming from the plug that in moped to connect to battery to start. So might go take it over to garage and get it tested.0
