Horizon Parking - Tesco Crawley

I recently received a legal letter from the debt collectors via Horizon Parking. I was away when I received the original letters from Horizon and didn't appeal. Is it too late to appeal now?

First job is to complain to Tesco .... to the manager not customer service .....1

There was no genuine option to appeal in the first place. They don't make money by allowing appeals.1

Tesco, as we have seen on here play hardball to their customers when it comes to Horizon
One must wonder just how much business Tesco lose because they employ rogue traders to extort money from their customers ?
I was scammed by Horizon a few years ago , they supplied FAKE pictures. Tesco cancelled within a few hours because I asked their CEO what sort of scam he was running.
Having rogue traders operate Tesco car parks with restrictions is a disater for them. I WILL NEVER SHOP IN TESCO AGAIN, THEY DO NOT DESERVE MY MONEY ... and I know many people who feel the same
The CEO of Tesco is a fool to think that extorting money from customers to park their car
The loss to TESCO each year must be enormous and they don't have a clue
TESCO shareholders must questin the stupidity of employing rogue traders which will affect how much they are paid
We all know that TESCO earn millions but how many more millions could they earn by getting rid of rogue traders
As David Lammy voiced, Tesco. GET A GRIP1 -
No. You can get it reset if you were away but why haven't you just got Tesco to cancel it?fishsoup said:I recently received a legal letter from the debt collectors via Horizon Parking. I did go into Tesco to challenge it, they said they can't do anything after it gets to the debt recovery position. I reluctancy accepted that from some scrawny store manager that was about 12!Coupon-mad said:

I did try this....I couldn't face getting irate with some young store manager who was barely old enough to grow facial hair. Probably on me being too naive and nice.patient_dream said:Tesco, as we have seen on here play hardball to their customers when it comes to Horizon

Maybe I should esculate it further....2 -
Store managers at TESCO are just senior shelf stackers and ...... there was a time that Tesco staff were given cameras to photo cars which were sent to Horizon, unsure if they still do this but as TESCO has such a hate for customers, who knows.fishsoup said:

Ask the CEO why he employs rogue traders in his car parks and see what waffle his office comes back with. As far as the manager saying he cannot do anything because it's with debt collectors is total crap. The debt collectors in this scam industry cannot do anything anyway, they are only sewA-age living money scammers, all approved by the NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE BPA
Bottom line is DO NOT SHOP AT TESCO0 -
You are better complaining to Dundee HO.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I tried to complain to Tesco via the CEO - they didn't care and said it's now with debt recovery agency.
I was quite appalled at their response, they obviously make good money from it.
What should I do now? I'm continually bombarded with debt recovery threatening letters
Thanks

It isn’t with a debt recovery agency as there is no debt merely an invoice.fishsoup said:I tried to complain to Tesco via the CEO - they didn't care and said it's now with debt recovery agency.
