Harassment and forceful sales practices
Has anyone else had issues with Homebox ignoring "do not contact" requests?
I told them clearly via email and phone that I wasn't interested in their products and asked them to stop contacting me - yet they keep calling and emailing, even from the same person. The unsubscribe link in their emails doesn't work either.
It's becoming very intrusive, and I'm considering reporting them to the ICO for breach of GDPR and consent rules.
Just wondering if others have had similar experiences or any advice on how best to escalate this.

Probably best to just ignore. Block their phone number and manually add their email to junk senders so it goes straight into your junk box0
