UKCPS parking charge Leeds train station

I received a notice to keeper (Postal - Non PoFA) for stopping in a disabled bay for roughly around 5 minutes to pick my girlfriend up from Leeds station, I never left the vehicle.

I received the original letter back in August so I appealed through ukcps themselves saying I was not the driver of the vehicle and I was not willing to share the identity of the driver.

I have since received two separate letters from trace debt recovery in the last few weeks attempting to chase the ‘debt’ and that the amount has increased to £170. In the most recent letter they are saying I now have 14 days to settle this matter.
Do I have a case in fighting this or am I going to be better off just paying it now before it goes further? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Show us the original notice because some of them are marked "non-POFA".

Nothing they can do then. Simply ignore, but come back if you get a "Letter Before Claim" from a solicitor.

Any court claim defence would be very short for you, and a waste of money for them.

    No paying.

This site appears to be "relevant land", which is why their invoices now state "Non-POFA".

So as long as I don’t share the identity of the driver then there is no way they can get any money from me correct?

Why not search and read all the other UKCPS station threads? This has been covered.

OK but Trace letters are already in pictures in post 4 of the NEWBIES thread so of course you ignore them.

Come back when you get a Moorside Legal claim as seen on other threads.
