Vidasavings.co.uk doesn't exist?

I have opened an ISA with vida savings, and received a letter in the post to authenticate my nominated account.
It instructs me to visit their website, but it doesn't seem to exist.
When I Google Vida savings the website is actually vidabank.co.uk which must have been what I used to open the account.
What should one make of this? Their own physical paperwork having the wrong website address? Or is Vidabank.co.uk an imposter website?

I opened an ISA with them yesterday and on their Welcome email there's a link at the bottom which says "Visit us at vidasavings.co.uk". If you click this on your letter it asks you to authenticate your account.  I haven't had my letter asking me to do this yet but thought it might help you.

The link in @Fatferds12 post works for me but comes up as secure.vidasavings.co.uk

Try adding SECURE at the beginning.

I did ring them yesterday with a query and they answered really quickly and were helpful so it may be worth ringing them on 0345 6460460.  Also I don't know if it makes a difference but I log in on a desktop PC and if I type in Vidasavings or Vidabank it takes me to their website.

They don't use the top level domain vidasavings.co.uk as a landing page so you can't enter it in a browser and find a website.

If however you try secure.vidasavings.co.uk (same TLD, different prefix) you'll find something you can open.

It's just how they've decided to design their online access, the two TLDs are legit.
