Airtime rewards

Hi im having a bit of a rough time with airtime rewards. Wonder if anyone could suggest the next steps to take. My reward didn't automatically track. I've since been backwards and forwards with there customer service via email. All they keep saying is that as one of the conditions were not met and they would not be releasing the reward. Ive told them that I'm sure all the conditions were met and for them to tell me which condition has not been met. They now are just not replying. Not sure of what my next step should be.

If you post as a reply to their Facebook posts, they will ask you to DM the details, that may get another person to look at it.
