Morning folks and thanks GERS. I hope all goes well CAMELOT.
A quickie from me as I am off out early doors. I am going to Boundary Mill with DD and she is picking me up at the start of the school run.. I am after a few tops as I am sick of dragging the same things out every winter. Nothing fancy as I never go anywhere fancy! I am hoping to spot some stocking fillers too. The M & S outlet will be my first port of call as usual. I can usually find some bits in there. Lunch will be involved at some point too. I could get used to all this eating out - 3 times in 4 days! It's saved cooking.
Have a lovely day folks if you can with ((HUGS)) for our poorlies, sad or lonely. Take care all x

Back though still snug.Meeting up with my beloved nephew was lovely, not long enough but we still managed to talk about so much. I wasn't very well with the bladder problem which was getting worse. We met again for breakfast, not an hotel one but hot rolls and tea from the tiny place across the road. I had to get a taxi to my car, the road where the bus stop is has been closed for roadworks without any indication of where to go, not even online. I picked up some kit from my dentist and then an order from M&S and was home by 1.00pm.In the early afternoon I was getting really worried about myself so went through the palaver which is NHS24. Eventually the nurse told me to ring my GP 😮💨 which I did. The GP said 'get down to A&E'. I was so lucky, it was completely empty! Half an hour later I was back home with a supply of antibiotics. Almost immediately I went to bed and fell asleep very quickly. Now, I am starting to feel better.Today I'll be mostly resting as the past week of very disturbed nights and days have taken their toll. However, I'm fine. Tomorrow I have an appointment for a MRI on my hips so I'll be back off down to Glasgow. Busy old time.Take care everyone, I didn't really read yesterday's news but I will. Hugs to all.6

Morning all
Just a quick hello - it’s weigh-in day for Bdog and I have another 5 places to go for various bits of shopping and errands while I’m out. I do try to stack things up to save multiple journeys even though we’re only about 5 miles from town.Hopefully some craftwork this afternoon which will be sanding wood if it’s dry outside, or sewing if it’s raining!Take care all

Morning everyone GERS I hope you start to feel better soon thinking of Camelot today I’m sure you will be fine sending big hugs . It’s my volunteering day today we have thick fog again but at least it’s dry . I went and picked up my daughters boots for her yesterday I would have put them in the bin but she insisted they are her favourites what a brilliant job the cobbler has done they look brand new he has won awards for his work he is has a pair of men’s brogue’s he puts in the window display this time of the year and the leather soles are a poppy they are beautiful. I’ve taken salmon out for tonight for me hubby is going to decide what he wants later so he will be getting pot luck he’s told every week I’m out all day on a Friday and if he wants something out of the freezer he needs taken out my days of running around after him are gone I keep reminding him he’s an adult. Thinking of all the poorlies hugs to those that need them have a good day everyone whatever you are doing3

Morning all
Damp here and looks a bit miserable outside the kind of day where it’s just damp and slightly foggy all day.
I have the Dr this morning about my knee and then the dentist this afternoon to hopefully story out my tooth, it’s worse than I first thought with quite a big bit come off and there is a jagged edge which is sharp so I hope they can sort it. Both the dr and dentist could have got me in yesterday but I had promised Matt a ride on the train and didn’t want to let him down, he loved the train and the chips so he was happy.
Little dog has her groom today as well but OH will have to take her as it’s the same time as the dentist.Dinner tonight is yet to be decided but we have plenty in there is mince, sausages and chicken breast in the fridge so I will think of something.
Camelot I will be thinking of you today hope all goes well xx
Gers I hope you feel better soon xx
Have good days all and take care xx1 -
Morning everyone
Bright blue sky here this morning...I have 2 jackets in washing so I'll put those on the line before I go out. Mind the washing I had out yesterday was still damp after being out all day...it only took an hour or so to finish off on the heated airer.
DD was texting last night as little one was complaining of a sore chest, then I got a phone call about 6am to say they'd gone to the RVI in the middle of the night and were waiting for it to get a bit lighter to drive home.
She has something called Costochondritis, basically an inflamation on the chest, probably caused by having tonsilitis a couple of weeks ago. They're home and hopefully fast asleep.
Camelot - I hope all goes well for you today
Gers - pleased to hear your antibiotics are working their magic
Redruby - hope you get your tooth sorted
Izzy - enjoy your volunteering day
Coxy - I'm better at buying than selling on ebay!
TA - enjoy your shopping trip...I booked train tickets yesterday to go to Newcastle with my friend to do some Christmas shopping in a few weeks time
Always Allie - enjoy your craft work
Hope everyone has a good day x0
