Gaparking AutoPay stopped charging me for parking

I regularly park at a local station car park, and have registered my car for their "AutoPay" service, whereby my card will be automatically charged after the cameras in the carpark have detected my car parking there. This had been working fine for months.

However I just noticed that I have not been charged for over a month (during which time I have parked there somewhere between 15-20 times). If I login to my account on the gaparking.co.uk website, it says I have no unpaid charges to pay. I have also not received any PCNs or similar (although my vehicle is a company car, and I believe PCNs may be paid automatically without ever reaching me, and then deducted from my payslip - however there was no sign of them in my latest payslip).

My question is what should I do about this situation? I would much rather just pay the correct parking fee than have to worry about paying a large number of accumulated penalties. But right now it seems that for some reason they may just not be aware that I even parked there recently (camera not working?), and I worry that mentioning to gaparking that AutoPay isn't working would just be inviting them to issue PCNs for the unpaid parking sessions I would be highlighting.

The page on the gaparking website that introduces the AutoPay service says the following: "By being registered with AutoPay, you will not receive a PCN as we take responsibility for properly billing you!". Which makes me think I should just ignore this situation, because by being registered I have done the right thing and it's their own fault for not charging me. But I still worry.

There is a section in their terms and conditions (for the AutoPay service) that reads: "
We will send a confirmation message to your Phone only if we successfully process a transaction for your vehicle following use of an AutoPay Location. It is your responsibility to check this. If you do not receive this message, you should contact Customer Care to confirm whether your AutoPay transaction has been successfully processed." To be honest I don't think I have every received notifications to my Phone, even when AutoPay was working - but perhaps that's because I don't have their app installed (I set up AutoPay via their website, and have no need for the app). But it sounds like a way they could claim it's my fault for not catching the issue immediately and informing them.

Should I do anything, or just consider myself lucky that I am not being charged at the moment, and continue parking there without further action?
