in IVA & DRO
Evening all, we had a joint bank account with Halifax and in September 2024 my wife started an IVA which included the Halifax account. On my own report I have a default registered against this Halifax account dated 19/11/24. I have 2 questions:
1. I understand that the account was joint, is it correct there's a default against me even though the account was in my wife's IVA?
2. The IVA Inception date was September 16th 24 so why is the default date showing as November? is this also correct?
many thanks

The default should be September, not that 2 months is going to make much difference1

No I suppose it's not, would you bother challenging it @fatbelly?0

Well there's no downside to making a complaint. You could ask them to remove or re-date it.
I doubt they would remove it but a complaint should mean that a human would look at it, which probably hasn't happened to this point.
Can you let us know what the response is?1 -

Hi @fatbelly Halifax changed the default date to the correct date, it was sorted very quickly!fatbelly said:Well there's no downside to making a complaint. You could ask them to remove or re-date it.
