Identity fraud + disputed CCJ against E.ON Next – need expert guidance

I’m dealing with suspected identity fraud linked to E.ON Next and a CCJ (£770) I did not register.

Key points:

- Start: Sept 2024, ongoing emails about identity fraud; no evidence of original contract or communications provided by E.ON Next.
- 26/03/2025: CCJ/invoice for £770 with no correct email/phone on file; no mail activation; adjustment/refusal on 07/03/2025.
- Credit impact: Experian around 719 after E.ON Next, hurting loan opportunities.
- Residency issue: I was in Thailand Sep 2024–Jul 2025; not living at the property; a friend collected statements.
- Other: Council Tax at a different address; evidence of travel, social media activity, and a 19/10/2023 letter from E.ON Next.

What I need help with:
- How to obtain original documents/evidence from E.ON Next (contracts, emails).
- How to challenge the CCJ and correct credit reports due to identity fraud.
- Which regulators or ombudsmen to contact (and typical timelines).
- Any template letters or steps to compel evidence and remedial actions.

If you’ve faced something similar, please share templates, recommended actions, or resources. I’m happy to provide redacted docs in private messages.

It's quite difficult to follow all that when it's so heavily abbreviated but as a starting point, have you submitted a Subject Access Request to EON to obtain copies of all data they hold about you?

I did ask them for a month, instead they ask me to find evidence of Estate agents. They not repond in the good manner. Today the customer services told me that she not receive any documents evidence. She go back to the starting point again.

Again I don't really understand all of that, but if you submitted a valid SAR to the right place and received an inadequate response, or none, then complain to the ICO:

You need to follow the correct process for a subject access request. Phoning a first line customer services rep is unlikely to do the trick.
Absolutely no idea where estate agents come into this.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
