    Afternoon all, just to update on this one. I had my mediation call this morning. I offered nothing and the parking company offered a reduced price of £210 instead of the £260. Mediator confirmed it will go to court hearing, and I will get a date shortly, but will be in the next 6-12 months, due to the huge backlog.

    Only it won't, because DCB Legal always discontinue before the date to pay the fee!

    Thanks. I have actually received several phonecalls directly from DCBL prior to todays mediation. Are allowed to do that? I would have thought they were not allowed to contact me. I haven't spoken with them, just put the phone down when I realised it was them calling. Thanks,
