Stolen parcel

I recently had a parcel stolen from my doorstep. I provided CCTV evidence and explained that putting a parcel on my doorstep in plain sight is not delivering my parcel. Shein is refusing to give me a refund because the courier states it was delivered. What can I do and what are my rights?

How did you pay for it?1

Plonking something on your doorstep is not "delivered".The responsibility lies with the seller until it is delivered.Did you buy using a credit card?1

Shien is a Chinese company so trying to enforce any rights you may have with a UK based company will be difficult.3
