which cable router bundle Netgear or Linksys

Options
I am trying to choose a reasonably priced wireless router and adaptor for use with NTL/Virgin. Ideally I would like to add a printer Canon MP460.

I have found the following

Linksys bundle: Wireless Router + USB adapter, 802.11G 54 Mbps, WPA
at komplett.co.uk 31.00

http://www.komplett.co.uk/k/ki.aspx?sku=331503

and

Netgear WGR614 54Mbps Wireless Adsl/Cable Router + WG111 54Mbps USB Adaptor at play.com

www.play.com/PC/PCs/4-/3424330/Netgear-WGR614-54Mbps-Wireless-Adsl-Cable-Router-+-WG111-54Mbps-USB-Adaptor/Product.html

Please could someone help me choose and/or suggest a good alternative.

I've used Netgear and Linksys routers and adaptors, though not the models you mention.

There was nothing wrong with the Linksys, but the Netgear was significantly easier to set up.

I use Netgear it was easy to set up and get going so for me Netgear one thing to add though if at any time you think of adding other wireless devices always add the same manufacturers components too. This way it will save any arguments in customer support if you do have any set up conflict issues etc.
:hello: Lets all save a £ or two, lets all earn a £ or two, and lets all enjoy spending that £ or two wisely.

I installed a similar one for someone two years ago and no problems with it. Their on-line support site is good and you can download and read their comprehensive user manuals before you buy. see here.
