MSE energy switching

So my gripe is with the energy switching team here at mse. I did a switch at the start of October and after hearing nothing contacted the new supplier. They had no record of me so I emailed the help team. Waited a few days for a response to be told it was all going through. My mse showed it was in progress. Left it a week and hadn’t heard any thing from anybody so dropped an email to mse. Told it’s all fine going through. Left it another few days and emailed again. Waited a week for a response to be told it hadn’t gone through. This could be for a few reasons: meter numbers incorrect, objection from current supplier, in debt to current supplier (they owe me over £350), credit check failure. Told to Try again with the offers available as the one I was signing up for had gone. I contacted the supplier again to find out why it was unsuccessful and they told me I did not exist on their system. There has been no application to switch registered. I went back to the energy saving club to try another switch and cannot because according to the app I have a switch in progress. I have emailed the help team 2 more times. 
So the switch never happened, the offer I was signing up for is gone now, I cannot attempt another switch because the system has me mid switch and I’m about to be moved onto a costly tariff with my incumbent supplier. Add to this it is taking up to a week to get any help from mse. 
I really respect Martin and what he does but maybe some more attention to the back office is needed because quite frankly “customer service” is terrible

    This is getting beyond a joke now. No response from mse to my last email 5 days ago. I still cannot do anything regarding my switching because the app is saying the switch that octopus have no record of is in progress. As such I cannot do a comparison. 
    How do you accelerate getting something done? Do I have to track down Martin Lewis’s email address and ask him directly. It’s a bloody joke if I’m honest. Been stuck in this rut for 5 weeks now
