4 Parking Charges

Received 4 Parking Charges from UKCPS at my own apartment block even though I have a permit. It was not on the dashboard - they've taken pictures of my car to prove that. I've since made sure it stays on.
Have appealed through their site regarding all 4 charges, they responded to the first one saying I can pay £20 instead of the initial £60. Still awaiting response on the other 3 appeals.
I’ve complained to the landlord who said, ‘We do not employ / control or pay or receive any payment re UKCPS'. I think that’s BS, I am still pushing for an answer there, but they'll likely ignore my emails…
I assume, 'it slipped off the dashboard', or 'it was elsewhere', isn’t good enough… I don’t mind paying a small amount to avoid headache either, but am aware they could add up the 4 charges and screw me over…
Where to go from here?

Well somebody gave the sharks Parking Company permission to put up their signs and run a business on the premises. When you say "landlord" are you referring to your landlord (from whom you hold an AST or similar) or the landlord of the whole apartment block? What does your lease say about parking?2

Yeah, emailed my apartment's 'management' - and they said they have nothing to do with it. So no luck getting it cancelled there.
UKCPS have now responded to my 3 other appeals. As it stands I have 4 appeals each settling at £20, for a total of £80.
Is the hassle of ignoring them, getting spammed with letters, court claims, etc… worth the £80? Or should I capitulate?

What does your lease say about parking? Why were you showing the permit? Was it as a courtesy or as a legal requirement as defined in your lease that you agreed to? Before the parking company were appointed at the apartment block were the tenants/leaseholders consulted and when was the written ballot conducted and what was the outcome.
Have a read of the following and see if the correct procedure was followed: -

Nobody pays that notorious lot of ex-clampers. I would never ever have even viewed a flat there. You could not pay me to live somewhere with a PPC scammer but certainly not UKCPS; my goodness why have you even accepted the unwanted permit scam scheme? Opt out.I’ve complained to the landlord who said, ‘We do not employ / control or pay or receive any payment re UKCPS'. I think that’s BS.No it's true. These firms are not 'employed' or 'controlled' and neither do most landowners get a cut of the ill-gotten gains or pay for the dubious service.
However, their words are semantics because they HAVE 'contracted with' UKCPS.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
