I wonder if its the .co that is confusing them. When I opened an account with them a year or so back I assumed it was missing the .uk or .com as I'd never come across just .co before (and haven't since).

It's the top level domain assigned to the country of Columbia.

I just wanted to make double sure it was legitimate .

Wonder why they didn't use .co.uk or .com, both domains are currently available.

It was a bit of a fad at one time and marketed as a great choice for "global brands and companies" by certain registrars.
