Mediation call from court representative for Parking Fine Claim Not Answered

Hello,
Today I received 3 calls from a court representative for Mediation service. All 3 calls directly went to voicemails. I was receiving voicemails, but my mobile phone never rang. There is no option for me to call back to book another appointment.
Any idea what will happen now? And what recourse and options I have as I was not able to attend the mediation call?
