Notice of Debt Recovery - 346 Southgate Park, Stansted

Hi There,
I'm new here. I have had no correspondence previously but have recieved a Notice of Debt Recovery letter from DCBL. This is in relation to 346 Southgate Park, Stansted.
Contravention happened in December 2024, for an overstay (I don't have any details). I do remember visiting the Starbucks drive through for a drink (I have bank statements confirming purchase).
It does say I have 14 days from the date of the letter - 29th October 2025. Arrived today (05/11/25). to respond or call.
I have tried to contact Starbucks but they have said to contact MET parking. Seems a bit late for this. Could someone please point me in the correct direction of what I need to do please?
