UKPC and DCBL Harass Resident Leaseholder for 4.5 years *DISCONTINUED AT LAST*

After 4.5 years of tedious time-wasting by this pointless pair, I now have an N279, 6 weeks before court.

In a nutshell, this was a case where I had parked in my own parking space as demised to me under my lease, but despite the undeniable facts, these two pursued me from June 2021 until November 2025. With court just a few weeks away, they did their trademark thing and emailed to finally throw in the towel.

This forum has been invaluable, particularly the templates, copy judgements, the various notes and posts by @CouponMad and the discontinuation thread started by @Umkomaas which kept my spirits up and let me know I was on the right track.

By following all the advice, I was able to navigate the legal process (my first time) and get to this conclusion. I hope this encourages others to use the wealth of resources here.

I can’t believe it has taken this long, but as the motto goes: Nolite te bastardes carborundorum!

Thanks for this; it has been quite exhausting.  I agree this is completely ridiculous. I believe serial litigate-and-quit operators such as this, ought to be penalised by the courts. I would love to see a Civil Restraint Order issued against DCB Legal. Something has to change!
