Melton Building Society - Standing order not credited after nearly a week

Hi everyone
Last Friday, my normal long-standing standing order left my bank account but has still not been credited to my Melton BS savings account.
I notice that there is a banner on their website about issues crediting interest but just wondered if anyone is having the same issue as me? I sent a message but haven’t heard back so far.

Not as you ask but my £150 was sent by FP on 1/11, showing as credit on 1/11 when I checked on 3/11.0

Thanks both. I heard back and it seems they are aware of the issue and are allocating payments manually for those affected.0
