The restaurant winners of the Just Eat Awards are determined based on a scoring matrix involving public voting. By placing a vote a "Consumer Participant" has the opportunity to win a "Consumer Prize" as described in these Terms and Conditions. There will be a maximum of 200 winners.

1. Consumer prize winners will be determined at random via a prize draw. To win, at least one vote must have been cast during the voting phase and the vote verified on awards.just-eat.co.uk

2. By casting a vote, a consumer has the opportunity to win one of 200 £25 Just Eat credit codes ("Consumer Prizes") as described in these Terms and Conditions. There are a maximum of 200 winners.

3. The winners warrant that the personal information provided to Just Eat is accurate, truthful and complete

4. A winner can be selected only once

5. Winners will be notified by email, if they have won, by the end of January 2026 at the latest.

6. Employees of Just Eat, their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents or anyone connected with the Promotion are excluded from voting and therefore any Consumer Prizes

7. Prizes are personal and may not be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash or other goods, prizes or services. In the event that the Consumer participant refuses a Prize, the Prize remains the property of Just Eat
