    I couldn't open form on Chrome on laptop,  but was fine on my Tablet.

    Well technically his is now. Rudolph wasn't in the original 1823 poem A Visit from Saint Nicholas but introduced in 1939 when he got to lead the team. So I would say he is one of Santa's reindeer.

    Also worked fine for me in chrome in an incognito window.
