Has anybody any experience of the eero router?

I got some progress on that. I used Chat and this time, as soon as I said the eero can't connect, they replied that they'd 'created my account'. I had no idea what this entailed or why it hadn't been done prior, but when I tried the app again it logged me straight in and now it appears to be working. It's only useful to me for changing my password (which was absurdly guessable) but at least it's there now.SimonSeys said:
Thanks. Is your eero plugged directly into the ONT or is there a Fibrus or other box inbetween?Chief_of_Staffy said:FIbrus was set up this morning. Quite efficient, underground install done in 90 minutes and eero working with the identical speeds as promised. The eero app, though, is rubbish. Despite the eero being right beside me, the app says it can't find it. Support's solution - the tried and tested 1990's IT favourite - "Reboot and see if that helps." I'll pass on that, thanks.Apparently the Vodafone router can’t be configured as a bridge but I’ve read that the eero can be be connected directly into the ONT.
There are plenty of boxes. Next to the ONT is a white box which might be a battery backup (although I didn't ask for that). Next to that is the Grandstream ATA for the phone line (I got a retro analogue phone which works OK with it) and the eero itself.1
