Uncertain on whether or not to pay private car park charge, and no idea how to pay

I have been served with a need to pay a fine plus interest and court fees.
It is for not paying for enough time in a parking garage five years ago. I don't recognise the number plate of the car, but it was around the time I was moving house and so hired a car. I can't find any documents to verify this, nor anything to confirm that the payment wasn't made. I'm 90% sure the garage it was wouldn't have let me leave it without the appropriate payment as it's a ticket barrier.
I don't recall any other letters about this, and I've never seen their evidence. However, until last year I lived in shared accommodation which meant post did get lost and until more recently when we got a post basket, our dog enjoyed eating letters...
It says I can admit fault and agree to pay back in chunks, which I, thankfully, can afford. However, it gives an address to send the money to, but no bank details - I don't have a cheque book and never have.
If I don't respond ASAP or I don't accept fault, then it'll go to Court and I could be handed a judgement which be a significant blot on my career and probably mortgage hopes.
Any advice please?

Presumably its Smart Parking via DCB Legal ? Is it ?
Do not pay a penny, and definitely not a fine, magistrates issue fines, not private parking companies , nothing was served
Its an invoice from a private parking company, no biggie
Post a redacted picture of the letter, redacting your name and address, any QR codes, reference number, VRM details, password etc, so no personal information
Add a short sentence to your reply and attach the picture

In that case can you show us the claim form, first having redacted it of any personal information and the QR code but leave the date of issue showing.2
