Win a Year’s Supply of Dutch Barn Vodka – Terms and Conditions

1. Who’s running this? The grown-ups at Ellers Farm Distillery Limited, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 12937552), with offices somewhere lovely in Yorkshire (Ellers Farm Distillery Buttercrambe Road, Stamford Bridge, York, England, YO41 1AR).

2. Who can enter? UK residents aged 18 or over. No exceptions, no fake moustaches. Employees of Ellers Farm Distillery, their families, agents, or anyone already swimming in vodka freebies can’t enter.

3. How to enter: Pop your email into the Dutch Barn sign-up box. That’s it. No purchase, no essay, no dancing donkey video required. One entry per person per month.

4. Timing: We pick one winner every month. Entries close at 11:59 pm on the last day of each month. Miss it? You’re in next month’s draw.

5. The prize: Twelve (12) x 70cl bottles of Dutch Barn Vodka - a whole year’s supply (depending on your self-control). You can choose your flavours, subject to availability. Delivered anywhere in the UK that our courier can actually find.

6. Picking winners: We’ll pull one name out of the metaphorical hat at random each month and email the lucky soul within 7 days. If they don’t reply within 14 days, we’ll assume they’ve gone off-grid and pick someone else.

7. Publicity: Winners’ first names and counties may appear on our website or socials. If your name’s Bob from Kent, congrats - you’re now famous.

8. The boring legal bits:

  • No cash, swaps or cunning trades.
  • We might substitute a prize of equal or greater value if we have to.
  • Our decision is final (sorry, Karen).
  • If the world catches fire and we need to tweak or cancel this, we can.

9. Data & privacy: We’ll only use your info to run the draw and send you good stuff about Dutch Barn (if you’ve said yes to that). Full details in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe any time - no hard feelings.

10. Responsibility: We’re not liable for lost entries, broken internet, or spilled martinis. Proof of submission isn’t proof of entry.

11. Drink responsibly: Please drink responsibly. Visit drinkaware.co.uk. Be the legend who knows when to stop.

@All_eBayed_Out This is another thread where there seems to be a problem with the Closing Date Field. Have you entered a date in that field?
Please edit your post and enter 30/11/2025 in the Closing Date field.

Did you create the thread from within the Competitions Board? If so, the Closing Date field should be mandatory and posting not allowed without that field being populated.
If the thread was created from Forums main board and you need to select Competitions time as the place to post the thread, then there will not be Closing Date field available and it is necessary to go back and edit the post to add the date.
The date in that field is important as it controls the "closing" of the thread and moving it to Game Over when the comp ends.
    Thanks
    Bob

but did you post from within the competitions time board area? If you did, that field should be mandatory and you shouldn't be able to post without filling it. If you did post the thread leaving the field blank, that is a forum error and will need to be reported.
