hi, couple of questions, I’m now waiting for the N180 questionnaire to arrive… is this going to be via post presumably? Also I had a missed call from DCBL - when is that mediation call meant to happen is that after the questionnaire step.

Not surprised! The first steps (like mediation) are in the first 8 steps you were following, and aren't especially covered in the NEWBIES thread.

You could also check your status page on MCOL and, when you see it has been sent, download one, complete it, attach it to an email as a pdf and send to the address shown in the template defence thread.

N180 emailed to DQ CNBC and info DCB legal today.

am I expecting any acknowledgement to be emailed to me on the N180 receipt or just waiting for post or email of a mediation call date?

You should have received an auto acknowledgment of the email from CNBC; did you? Check your status on MCOL
