Ulster - No interest paid?

I opened a limited edition saver last month and no interest has been paid. 

Any ideas please? Thanks

From the account summary box:

"Interest is calculated daily and paid on the first business day of the month and at account closure. You’ll be able to see and access the interest in your account on the following day."

On the app, go to 'My Transactions' and interest is showing today, dated 31 Oct but not yet reflected in balance.

Considering opening this account in place on my chase account which just got the interest rate slashed. 

How would you rate the account/app etc?

Exactly the same as NatWest and RBS. Payments to and from are instant.

It’s fine, it just takes a little while to get it opened and setup for internet banking if you don’t already have an account. The app is just another version of NatWest’s and RBS’.
