Private parking fine wheelchair user/signage not accessible

Hi would anyone know if it’s worse taking my rejected appeal for a private parking fine to the IAS. I am so confused as the signage was not accessible to a wheelchair user. I am really stressed. Also if I appeal I can’t pay the reduced fine £60 rather than £100.

I parked my WAV with a blue badge in a regular bay as disabled bays were full and also they do not have space behind either. No bays are any bigger than the one I parked in. The back wheels were partially in the empty bay behind

. I sent photos showing low signs were blocked by cars I couldn’t not fit in the gap between the cars and also concrete blocks in front of signs. Also photos of the high signs with a tape measure showing the bottom of the high sign was 1.56 metres from the ground. The centre of the graphic that says “vehicles must park only in a marked bay” 2.17 metres from the ground.  The fine was for “not parking wholly in a marked bay “

The time of “offence”  was not photographed .

I also did not go into the shopping centre or near the entrance , the car park also has another venue solely accessed from the roof car park.  Among other things they said this
  • The time between the timestamped images (12:20:49-14:21:45) and the issuing time (14:23) represents the period during which the operative was logging their observations.
  •   If you did not have sufficient room to park within the marked bay, you could have found an alternative parking bay at this location.
  • The evidence in your appeal does not negate you from the terms and conditions on site as it is shown in your photographs that the signage is readable.
Thank you for any help

Plan A all along, complain about the pcn to the business or landlord or landowner ASAP,  citing reasonable adjustment under the Equality Act 2010, should have been done as soon as the pcn arrived

Copy in your local MP too, as a complaint about this unregulated cowboy industry

Name the shameless private parking company claimant below

Ignore the IAS decision,  court is the only impartial arbiter

It's an invoice. Nothing to get stressed about.

You wasted your time "appealing" as they're obviously not going to just turn down money voluntarily, as if they have a conscience.

The reduced amount is called the mug's discount. You won't be paying anything anyway.

The IAS is a kangaroo court who boast of "95% of appeals awarded for the parking company", so don't waste your time with that.

Just ignore for the time being. Google "de minimis".
