    Matalan on Heart Network, November/December 2025 – Specific Rules 
     
    1.    The Matalan promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from Monday 3rd November 2025 to Sunday 7th December 2025 on the Heart Network. Global is the Promoter. The ‘Promotion Partner’ mentioned in these Specific Rules is Matalan and the ‘Prize Providers’ are NDL. 

    2.    IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here (together, the ‘Promotion Terms and Conditions’). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions. 

    Details of the Promotion: 
     
    3.    To enter the Promotion, you must go online to the Matalan promotion entry page which can be accessed at www.heart.co.uk/win  or via the Global Player app by clicking on the Win With Heart tile, register your details and submit an answer to the multiple choice question provided.  

    4.    Online entry will open at 17:00 on Monday 3rd November 2025 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 7th December 2025. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion. 

    5.    Bulk, automated, machine assisted, third party, syndicate or other group entries are prohibited and we will disqualify any entries (and withhold or reclaim any associated prize from you) which, in our reasonable opinion, appear to have used any of these entry methods or, for example (without limitation), entries or votes that have been made from the same IP address, email address, postal address, telephone number, or similar or entries which we, at our sole discretion but acting reasonably, consider to be suspicious or fraudulent. 

    6.    If we know or suspect you are trying to enter or have entered this Promotion by using more than one phone number or if we know or suspect you are using variations of your name, we reserve the right to disqualify any relevant entry(ies) and exclude you from this Promotion and also permanently exclude you from entering any of our Promotions. 

    7.    Once the Promotion has closed, all eligible, correct entries submitted will be entered into a draw. One correct entry will be selected at random, and the winning entrant will be contacted by one of our representatives via email OR telephone on the telephone number on which you entered. If such winner does not respond within 14 days from being contacted, they will forfeit their right to the prize, and we shall be entitled to select another winner by another random draw. That subsequent winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days of the date on which they are notified, or they will also forfeit the prize.  

    8.    We and the prize provider and the Promotion Partner may publish and publicise your name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture, your nearest geographical location (for example, your nearest city, town or county) and your entry, and we may refer to your and any applicable third party’s (for example a guest/travel companion) association with the Promotion and/or the prize, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes solely in connection with the Promotion. 

    9.    In relation to winners (and runners up if applicable), you understand that we and our Promotion Partner may: (i) interview you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) which we may film, photograph and/or record and; (ii) film, photograph and/or record, you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) in connection with the Promotion, either by telephone or in person, and we may use such films, recordings and/or photographs for publicity and PR purposes in any and all media, worldwide, as often and for as long as we consider appropriate or desirable, in connection with the Promotion. We may also publish your and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture.

    Eligibility: 
     
    11.    The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, and who are based in the UK at the time of entry. 

    12.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Promotion. An entrant can only win once during the Promotion. 

    13.    Only one name and telephone number may be used by you in relation to this Promotion. The use of multiple names, telephone numbers and/or devices is a breach of our Promotion Terms and Conditions, and we reserve the right to disqualify your entry(ies) and you will forfeit your prize should we know or have reason to believe that you attempted to use or did use more than one name, phone number and/or device to enter this Promotion.     Prize specific terms and conditions 

    16. Your travel is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Eve’s Day, Valentine’s day/weekend, Easter weekend and all other bank holiday weekends in the UK. 

    17.  Your prize includes off peak train travel that will need to be booked with us at least 1 week before you plan to travel. Off peak refers to travel booked outside of morning and evening commuter periods, this varies depending on the train operator but generally excludes departures between 0600-1000 and 1600-1900. 

    18. 1 Day underground travel allowance for 4 people will be provided in the form of £70.00, plus your spending money which will be transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct bank details. Transfers can take up to 5 working days. 

    19. You will be staying in a 4* hotel, sharing a family room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. Subject to availability. 

    20. 1 Day entrance to Hyde Park’s Winter Wonderland 2025 is based on 2 adults and 2 children and will be admission to park from either off peak or peak times. Hyde Park’s Winter Wonderland is open between 14th November 2025 to 1 st January 2026. Should the winner be unable to attend during this time, they may take their prize the following festive season in Nov 2026. Winner must arrive within the chosen time slot. Visitors are welcome to stay as long as you like, but entry into the event will only be allowed during your selected arrival time. Experience will included: Ice skating at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland which will last approximately 45 minutes. Skates are included in your ticket and are provided in sizes ranging from children’s size 8, maximum adult’s size 13 (Limited supply of skate size 14/15 available). Sizes are subject to availability. Please arrive 20 minutes before your allocated time slot. Entrance to the Magical Ice Kingdom is available any time during your chosen session. Entry to the Real Ice Slide which you can arrive any time during your chosen session. The last slide time is 21:30. Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over at all times during this attraction. Plus £20.00 credit per person towards rides and games. Credit is not valid without a valid Event Entry ticket and does not include event admission. Redeemable at any on-site ride or game stall. Park opening times may vary. Height, age and health restrictions may apply on certain rides. Rides close from time to time for routine maintenance and we do not know in advance which rides may be closed during your visit. Subject to availability. 

    21. Tickets to see a theatre show of winner’s choice in London will be in the form of £400.00 Ticketmaster e-Vouchers. Customer should treat e-gift cards like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Egift card will expire after 12 months. Customer will not be able to use this card after that date and any unused balance on the card will be lost. Ticketmaster e-vouchers in the UK can be redeemed on the official Ticketmaster website at ticketmaster.co.uk. 

    22. Customer should treat Matalan E-gift cards like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Please note this card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card and no interest is paid on card balances. Gift card will expire after 24 months. Customer will not be able to use this card after that date and any unused balance on the card will be lost. E-gift cards can be redeemed both instore and online. 

    23. All travel element prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.

    24.     You understand that should you win a prize package that is made up of various elements you are required to redeem all aspects of the prize in order to keep the prize. For example, if you win tickets to a gig with spending money and hotel accommodation, you will not be able to accept the spending money only. If you are unable to accept the prize awarded in full, we reserve the right to withdraw the entire prize package and select another entrant to play or win as applicable. 

    25.     Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. 

    26.     The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable  

    27.    We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.
