AA breakdown renewal phone call genuine?
I just got a phone call - they said they were from the AA phoning about my breakdown renewal (which is due in 3 weeks time). My mobile identified the call as the AA but I suddenly wondered if it was a genuine call. I was busy so they are calling back on another day.
Do the AA phone to chase up renewals?

I thought they would just send something in the post or by email. But if your preferences are set to your phone instead it's entirely possible. Maybe ring them instead to check?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. My AA cover was terminated by myself 2 months ago.
I’ve had 15 plus emails and at least 6 calls from them.
I have a complaint proceeding through channels as I only opted for postal communication.
Ps, I love a good complaint.
