PCP VT
Hello,
We purchased a car via PCP back in January 2023.
Due to circumstances we voluntary terminated the contract with no fee at the beginning of July this year.
Car was collected within a week and signed off with no damage costs due etc.
As far as we were aware we owed them for additional mileage and for an outstanding service which together was approx £1000.
However, 4 months on we are yet to receive a final bill and on the credit report it says the account has been settled.
What is the likelihood of them contacting us now? Or is it best to call them to confirm?

Per BVLRA guidelines you ahould have been notified of any charges no later than 4 weeks after the vehicle was returned.
It probably went straight to auction.
I certainly wouldn't be contacting them and if they eventually do quote the guidelines to them.

Keep the £1000 aside and keep quiet as long as your credit report looks clear.0
