Fuse energy meter readings

Is anyone having trouble submitting their readings this month?  I didn't get the reminder to submit but had remembered anyway.  It wouldn't allow me to add the meter photographs.  There was no message saying, thank you for your meter readings.  I sent them a message earlier today which has not been responded to.  The app  now won't load.  Must say, since I've been with them, they have been brilliant, just hope it's a glitch and nothing more substantial.

    App was OK about 30 minutes ago because I looked to see if this month's bill had been raised. I have smart meters so the readings are all loaded for last month and the start of this month.

    @ sallysaver.     I have one smart meter ( Electric) and a dumb gas meter. This morning I sent the reading for the gas meter but for the first time it didn’t ask for a photo just the reading. That reading is showing as accepted when I look at the Home System section in the App. On the Home page at the bottom it says Next reading 1st Dec.
          Likewise they’ve been brilliant for me too

    Didn't have to upload a photograph this time either just typed the reading into their site, job done.

    They really are rubbish with their billing.  This month's bill includes a back charge of 8p for a correction to last month's bill where they have changed the CV from 39.5 to 39.505.  They have used 39.374 on the current bill.  This is not allowed under their SLC, they must use the CV truncated to 1 decimal place so 39.5 and 39.3.  Also their sums do not add up, the difference between old and new reads is incorrect. They also convert cu m to Mj then to kWh rather than one sum which leads to rounding errors.  This month due to the above I am being overcharged by 3kWh, not a lot but they should not be doing it.  I have just instigated a formal complaint with them over billing. The 3 decimal place CV has come up before, with Zog, but once informed they checked and changed it straight away rather than sticking their fingers in their ears and singing la la la which seems to be the case here.
