I raised a complaint with E.ON Next after my smart meter stopped sending data and they quickly gave up on trying to do anything about this. This was pretty stressful whilst it lasted because it would have meant a huge increase in my electricity bills if the problem could not have been fixed. Fortunately it was fixed after about two and a half months. I was able to get them to up their "goodwill gesture" offer from £30 to £50 for me to close the complaint.Reed1
