As said above, all DRP are just money scammers and they have added a fake £70
The parking ticket was NOT £170, this is a major scam.  You must ignore these fools as they are powerless and DRP love to send stupid letters full of rubbish

    IGNORE
DRP are paid on a collection basis. If they don't collect they don't receive payment. They are saying that they don't take upfront fees but they have added £70.00 upfront. If this goes to court they have not collected so how can they justify the £70.00 add on?
PERFECT ...... The boss of DRP should be ashamed for sending JUNK LETTERS

At the end of the day, it's the BPA  WHO APPROVE MONEY SCAMMERS ?
It all stems from the OSNER scam of ZZPS, just another BPA approved MONEY SCAMMER

    Ignore.

Wait for the Letter Before Claim from DCB Legal and then come back here.

Ultimately it will end up with a county court claim, which will be discontinued a few months after pasting a defence into the online form.

Parking companies use bulk litigators to "take people to court" every day of the week, but have absolutely no intention of actually going to court.

    Can someone please help me?
In August I went to go into a theme park but was refused entry due to having my dog with me.
I suffer with COPD and have breathing problems. I cannot walk fast.
Yes you guessed it, I’ve now got a £170 parking fine for 19 minutes.
I did appeal but they don’t care.
They have said I can pay £30 a month but I really don’t want to have to.

My son has just got one in the post from Debt recovery Plus on behalf of UK Car PArk management but hasn't received any of the supposed PCNs.  Just says he's ignored it. (I'm dealing with it due to his mental health issues.  When entering the number on their website to appeal, the numbers are rejected.  Have put in a request for proof, but takes 5 days.
What will happen if one ignores these (as suggested above) as when googled it,  says they are a legitimate company and can issue and even take one to court.

Sounds like you (both posters) are stressing about absolutely nothing. I have no idea why people even break into a sweat when they get these laughable threatograms, much less why the heck people actually phone these dodgy companies expecting a legit conversation!

    Stop panicking & randomly googling.

Did you both miss reading the MSE Guide which was fact-checked by Martin Lewis and by me, this Summer? Please read it.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
