Not exactly parking - Euro Car Parks

So i just received a notice to keeper for an overstay after hours in a sainsburys car park . I was there from just past midnight and stayed over 30 mintues .. apparently the limit is 10 minutes. BUT .. I was actually teaching my 18 year old son to drive so we never actually PARKED .
Im guessing though that just staying on site breaks there so called parking regs etc.
should i just appeal on like day 26 etc

Just go through the motions of appeal, rejection, POPLA appeal, rejection, ignore all useless debt recovery letters, county court claim, defend using the template and wait for the inevitable discontinuance.

Have a read of this thread to see what I mean:

DCB LEGAL RECORD OF PRIVATE PARKING COURT CLAIM DISCONTINUATIONS

End of. We don't need to now about everything
in-between. It will be discontinued if you simply follow the advice in the Newbies thread.

The days when you could rock up on someone else's private property when learning to drive are long gone. I am sure that had the signage been adequate, the driver would not have entered the site, but that doesn't alter the fact that they didn't have permission to be there which is one of the reasons why these unregulated parking companies exist.
I think learner drivers should be taught about how the unregulated private parking companies work as part of driving courses, so I suggest the learner driver follows the process of appealing as well as the vehicle keeper. That way, they will hopefully learn how to avoid getting a PCN in the future.

As for the process, follow the advice in the NEWBIES, although Plan A is probably not an option.
