Thanks for the advice, yes @ThorOdinson I agree the system seems incredibly unfair, I suppose these companies know the system also and sending recorded, in instances when not delivered there would be evidence of non delivery & they’d not want to risk that.I today received a letter for unpaid CCJ signed by Kim Heaton, would this be the person who would have signed the claim?1
