1. Promoter

   The promoter of this competition is Sealskinz Ltd, Nelson House, 9-10 Nelson, Business Park, Bergen Way, North Lynn Industrial Estate, Kings Lynn, PE30 2DE (“Sealskinz”).

2. Eligibility

    

   • The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

   • Employees of Sealskinz, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.

    

3. How to Enter

    

   • To enter, scan the competition QR code available in the Sealskinz Marylebone store and submit your name and email address via the online form.

   • Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

   • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

    

4. Competition Period

    

   • The competition runs on a monthly basis and will continue until Sealskinz decides to withdraw or amend it at its sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

    

   • A winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received in the previous calendar month.

   • The draw will take place on the 1st of each month.

   • Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry within 7 days of the draw.

   • If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Sealskinz reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

    

7. Data Protection and Marketing

    

   • By entering, participants agree that their personal data (name and email address) may be used by Sealskinz for the purposes of administering the competition.

   • All entrants will be automatically added to Sealskinz’ marketing database and will receive promotional emails. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link included in emails.
