I paid a GroupNexus PCN, then realised I DID pay for parking

                    I parked at George Elliot Hospital Nuneaton and just received a PCN for non payment. Many months ago I accidentally parked in the staff area of a car park I was told to use for my visit (it's the same designation but there is a staff section and a public section, but the signs were hidden). I tried to pay, but couldn't. I assumed it was relating to this and so paid the charge. However, upon looking again at the letter it appears this relates to a much more recent visit less that 2 weeks ago, and I have proof I paid for parking. However, now I've paid there's no way to appeal or even contact them by phone or email.
Is my only option to write to them? How many months will this take if they even look at my appeal since I paid it. What can I do?

            I tried to ask my Bank to reverse the payment, but all branches are closed for the weekend and the Help chat through the app simply said they have limited access and so cannot stop the payment.
They then posted default responses about if the retailer doesn't process the payment within 7 days the money will return to my account. Yeah, like they're not gonna take the money! She did, however, add to the end that I can raise a Visa dispute to request a refund, so this is one of the courses of action I'm going to have to take.
Annoyed, but not surprised, that these parking companies make it incredibly difficult to contact them.1 - 
            You could put a written complaint in to them, using the complaint link on the BPA AOS members list0
