MSE EnergyClub - Waste of Time!
I am a member of the MSE EnergyClub.
On Oct 1 I actioned a switch from OVO to British Gas Collective Nov26 .
Nothing happened British Gas claimed they had not been notified.
I contacted energyclub@moneysavingexpert.com Oct 6 and was told that they should have been notified and that they would get them to contact me - well nothing happened.
I actioned the same switch again on Oct 7 - again nothing happened despite contacting energyclub@moneysavingexpert.com several times - I just get told that they would get British Gas to contact me - that's only if they bother to reply!
Well it is three weeks and still nothing has happened.
I downloaded the MSE app and it shows "Switch in progress"
As I implied above they don't seem to bother to reply to my emails to energyclub@moneysavingexpert.com.

If I could contact Martin Lewis directly I would ask him to sort out the support for the MSE EnergyClub.

Martin Lewis does not own MSE and hasn't done so since 2012.Have you had any notification from Ovo that you are leaving? Normally a barrier to a switch is you owe your old supplier a chunk of money.0

Martin Lewis may have relinquished control of MSE but his presence and face appears everywhere on the site as does his endorsement of the EnergyClub.My payments to OVO are up to date and I have received no contact from OVO or British Gas since I actioned my switch one whole month ago.I have raised another complaint to the EnergyClub team yesterday - let's see if they bother to reply !In the meantime the MSE App for what's it's worth still says my switch is in progress !Like I said -
