1. The prize includes a three-day, two-night Santa’s Magic trip for two adults and two children aged 2-12 years to Lapland (Saariselkä) in Finland in November 2026 or December 2026 (children under two years of age are not recommended to travel).

2. The prize includes half-board accommodation in a Type A room or the closest available alternative room type, at Santa’s Hotel Tunturi, with transfers and return economy flights from one of our regional airports in the UK (subject to availability), which includes Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, Bournemouth, Bristol, Cardiff, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds Bradford, Liverpool, Newcastle, Glasgow, Edinburgh, or East Midlands.

3. The trip will include a Search for Santa Day, including a private family meeting with Santa, husky sledding and a reindeer sleigh ride.

4. The trip must be taken between 27th November 2026 and 24th December 2026 inclusive, on your preferred dates, subject to availability.  

5. The trip prize can be redeemed on one booking only. It cannot be split across separate bookings.

6. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and is subject to availability. Jaques of London items will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

7. Optional extra activities or extra people can be added onto the booking at your own cost and subject to availability.  

8. Travel to the airport is not included, and any costs of travel to and from the airport in the UK (including flights booked independently of the prize package, i.e. to join the flight to Lapland from the UK), travel insurance, parking, food, and drink outside of the hotel meal plan, spending money, and any other incidental travel expenses are not included in the prize.

9. Events may occur that render the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Santa’s Lapland.

10. Santa’s Lapland reserves the right to change the prize or rearrange the date at any time and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Santa’s Lapland as a result thereof.

12. This prize draw is not open to Jaques of London or Santa’s Lapland employees and their families, including close friends, partners or relatives of employees, or employees of other Hotelplan UK companies and those associated with the operation or promotion of the prize draw. Any such entries will be deemed invalid.

13. Bulk, automated or third-party entries will be disqualified. Only one entry per person is permitted.

14. There will be one winner, who will receive the entire prize bundle. Entrants must be over 18 years of age to enter and be a resident within the UK Mainland.

16. If the winner does not claim their prize within 7 days of the prize draw closing date, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.

17. This prize draw is available to UK residents only, and this prize draw is governed by UK law and under guidance from the UK Gambling Commission (www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk).  

18. By entering the prize draw each entrant accepts that the winner’s name and city of residence may be used for promotional purposes by Santa's Lapland and Jaques of London

19. The promotional period commences on 1st September 2025 and closes at 23:59 (GMT) on 19th December 2025.

20. All valid entries, which meet the eligibility criteria set out above and made by the Closing Date will be entered into a prize draw, and the winner will be picked at random, using a random number generator.    

21. (The) Winner will be notified by email, text or phone call as soon as practicable after the prize draw, using the contact details provided with the prize draw entry. The winner will be required to respond within 7 days of notification, by 23.59 GMT on 26 December 2025 (unless otherwise stated) confirming their acceptance of the prize. In the event the selected winners do not respond to communications within this period or if any prize is declined, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and draw another winner.

22. Jaques of London accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults or losses and damages to items caused by couriers. 

23. Jaques of London request the winner to allow the standard delivery time of 3-7 working days from when the order is processed. If unforeseen circumstances do occur and result in the delay of your delivery, you will be informed by the prize draw hosts.

24. In instances where certain Jaques of London giveaway products are out of stock, the winner will be sent an alternative product of a similar value.

25. Jaques of London will only contact winners via their official email (pr@jaqueslondon.co.uk) or verified Instagram handle. Any other contact should be considered fraudulent, and disregarded.
