Cancelled Orange broadband on 3rd December to switch to Sky. "It takes 14 days to clear the line" and they still haven't cleared the line so Sky can connect us. I'm aware it was Christmas - but I'm currently putting in a complaint to Ofcom about them as they've said they will still charge us even though its been cancelled!!!! :mad:
Cartex sell printer cartridges. Poor quality remanufactured ones. Finally got a refund after 12months. Poor customer service and secretary's that have no English grammar or spelling skills. Also recycled some cartridges through them was due to get £12.50 but after 9 months of asking for my cheque, they'd decided to change their policy and gave me a £4 credit note. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE - go through Tesco instead 100pts per cartridge. :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
