    Some good house price decreases occurring on the South Coast at the moment - lots of proper reductions going on.
    What % of reductions are you seeing?

    Definitely no sign on any sort of slow down in our area (west Essex/East Herts border) - indeed, we're seeing more properties pop onto the market than we have done for a while.

    No obvious sign that this is the case - they mostly appear to be owner-occupier sales.
    Are they selling fast?
    As always it depends entirely on the property. Flats are still slow - that is still a knock on from the financial events of the past few years and the BSA 2022 introduction. Houses are ticking over - and a fairly priced 3-bed for example is seemingly selling pretty swiftly as long as well presented.
