As always it depends entirely on the property. Flats are still slow - that is still a knock on from the financial events of the past few years and the BSA 2022 introduction. Houses are ticking over - and a fairly priced 3-bed for example is seemingly selling pretty swiftly as long as well presented.ReadySteadyPop said:
