TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “Win an ‘AXS’ all areas experience for Hits Radio Live Birmingham 2025" These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.

 

1. COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN

The prize winner will be those persons who

2. Entry Platforms and Costs

Entries are restricted to one per person.

Entry to the Competition is available via the

3. DATES

 

Start Date and End Date. From 6am Monday 3rd

November 2025 (Start Date) to 00:00 Monday 17th November 2025 (End

Date).

Entries received before the Start Date or

after the End Date will be invalid.

 

 

 4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

 

Open to UK residents. If under 18 years of

age, prize will be sent to a parent or legal guardian aged 18 years or over.

Proof of age may be required.

 

Our employees (and their family members) or

employees of any company involved in the competition, incl. the Prize Provider,

must not enter.

 

This competition is only open to those who

have not won a competition in the past 6 months for any Bauer brand above the

value of £500.

 

Only one winner from one household can win in

any 6 month period for any Bauer brand.

 

 

 

5. THE PRIZE

 

The Prize is provided by AXS and is a pair of

tickets to Hits Radio Live Birmingham. Including 2 tickets to the event, a

backstage tour plus a food and drink package. 

All Prizes are subject to Bauer’s Terms and

Conditions.

 

There will be 5 winners in total, all chosen at random

 

 

 

The Prize is non-negotiable, may not be

exchanged for an alternative, is not transferable, divisible, permitted to be

sold or resold, or offered for sale by the winner or their guests and are not

for use in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. The Prize cannot be

replaced or refunded in the event of loss, theft or missed opportunity.

 

The Prize does not include any costs or

expenses relating to the Prize or enjoyment of the Prize, including without

limitation expenses for food and refreshments, travel expenses including

transfers, accommodation, insurance or any additional costs or expenses.

 

We reserve the right to alter time frames of

the collection redemption of the Prizes and the dates that Prizes have to be

used by as a result of any government restrictions.

 

The winner must agree to abide by any local

and/or national government restrictions when using their prizes. We will not be

held liable for any rules that are broken by the winner.

 

Whilst we have made every effort to ensure

businesses that are providing the prizes are Covid-19 safe, we cannot be held

responsible for any restrictions or alterations that the business may have in

place due to the current Covid-19 regulations.

 

We cannot be held responsible if a business

has ceased trading.

 

Once confirmed, any changes including but not

limited to, name changes, date changes and route changes will be at the prize

winner’s expense.

 

 

 

OTHER CONDITIONS

 

DATA PROTECTION. Names, email addresses,

and/or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with

our SMS provider) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s

details may be given to the prize provider “Old El Paso” to arrange prize

fulfilment. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be

used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. If you have,

your details will be used in accordance with the information given when you

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS. By

entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to

publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which

we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions,

photographs video footage, and other information, which you’ve submitted on

entry, in any media, without paying you and without any time restriction. You

also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition

and /or the Prize (if you win!). We will own these films, recordings or

photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our

radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived

any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

 

 

 

MISCELLANEOUS.

 

Entries that don’t comply with these terms

will not be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you have breached

them.

 

One entry per person

 

If there is a dispute about the operation of

the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and

no discussion will be entered into on this subject.

 

The correct answers to questions must exactly

match our answers to win.

 

We are not responsible if you fail to get

through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.

 

You are responsible for all costs of entry.

 

You may be disqualified if you are

incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or

likely to offend listeners.

 

Whilst on-air, you must not make

inappropriate or offensive statements.

 

As far as it is lawful to do so, we exclude

our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition / the

Prize.

 

We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the

Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control.
