No chance of a refund for me. I actively make sure my credit is refunded in full any time I switch suppliers.1

I normally wait for them to miss the 10 day refund window and then chase them for compo if they haven't paid up1

Its compo if they miss the deadline to refundluci said:
Surely it's not compo? Isn't it just the credit you have overpaid?Swipe said:I normally wait for them to miss the 10 day refund window and then chase them for compo if they haven't paid up4.8kWp 12x400W Longhi 9.6 kWh battery Giv-hy 5.0 Inverter, WSW facing Essex . Thanks. Is that after the 6 weeks waiting time to receive the final bill? I've just switched and won't be so quick off the mark to ask for my credit to be refunded.debitcardmayhem said:0 -

Thanks for that. Looks like I've been doing it wrong by proactively making sure I got a timely refund.Swipe said:

As these people are clearly not missing the funds.
Instead of the proposed writing off, of debts & charging honest paying users £5 to cover it.
Just allow suppliers to use the £240 Million to write off these debts.
Yet again we are seeing no personal responsibility to check you are getting what you were due.Life in the slow lane1 -
I can't imagine many there are very many MSEers switching supplier and forgetting to get their credit refunded.0
