FREE ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

 

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 

  

Opening/closing date & time:

 

• Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on Thursday 30 October 2025.
• Prize Draw closes for entries online at 4.00 p.m. on Thursday 27 November 2025.

 

Winner selection & contact:

 

• The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries. 
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

 

How to enter & cost of entry:

 

You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

 

Prize:

 

There is one (1) prize which consists of a one (1) night ‘Purity Spa Break’ for two (2) adults at the Hoar Cross Hall hotel (the “Prize”).

 

The Prize includes a one (1) night stay in a ‘comfy suite room’ at the Hoar Cross Hall hotel in Burton Upon Trent, DE13 8QS; an a-la-carte dinner, breakfast and a three-course lunch; full access to the spa, wellness suite, classes and outdoor activities on the second day from 7:30am-6pm; complimentary use of robes and towels; and up to one hundred and fifty pounds (£150), towards travel to the Prize, which shall be reimbursed to the winner by the Prize provider via bank transfer, upon receipt of proof of travel expenses. 

 

The Prize shall be subject to the following conditions:

 

The Prize will be delivered as a physical gift card or e-voucher (the winner may select preferred way of delivery). The Prize will be valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue by the Prize provider. The Prize will be available to book between Monday – Thursday and shall be subject to availability. The Prize winner and their guest must be over the age of eighteen (18). The Prize is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative, and may not be re-sold. The Prize excludes all beverages (including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks), additional food outside of the meals stated and spa treatments. Any such items or services will be at the winner’s own expense and subject to the venue’s standard pricing and availability. The winner will be responsible for settling any additional charges incurred during their stay or experience directly with the venue.

 

Please note that if the Prize becomes invalid due to insolvency events (including but not limited to liquidation or administration) affecting the prize provider, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

 

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) adding a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).
