Yes I did - originally with the text from the newbies thread. Then I paraphrased what Chirpy Chicken suggested and they have forwarded my appeal to the appeals team. Fingers crossed!

Just out of interest, is there a limit on the amount of time allowed between the contravention date and the notice date of the NTK? Everything I have read says 14 days, but in this case it was 180 days.

Also, if this goes to a POPLA appeal will I be able to appeal as the keeper as I was the keeper back in April but have since sold the car?

Yes you can appeal as keeper, if POPLA is made available.

Obviously a NTK dated that late is not void but it is incapable of keeper liability.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The reason the PCN was given IS stated it says "Unauthorised Parking not on the whitelist" so that means it was trespass no contract was entered in to as parking was not authorised by the landowner.
But if am I reading the dates right here; the event was on 26/04/25 but they sent the NTK on 23/10/25 no wonder they want you to name the driver!
This must win at POPLA on those dates alone when the halfwits get round to supplying the proper rejection and POPLA code.
