I am my daughter's appointee and have done the form for UC under migration. She has no photo id.
It came up and said we would get phone call now I have an appointment at jobcentre for me not her with a list of what's needed and I also have no photo id.

I can't get to the jobcentre I have hurt my back and  can hardly walk  also it would mean I would have to leave her alone to go.
I asked for home visit in journal and this appointment was the result from that.

I'm now answering myself,after having an answer stating what they accept as id and me writing back 2 further replies I have now had a response saying a colleague will call me..... No idea if it's for id verification or just about me not being able to go to the job center.

In your circumstances, UC should send a visiting officer.  They are actually very helpful.  They know that his last group of people migrating over are the most vulnerable.   The delay in getting the ID accepted could delay your daughter's first payment as the claim is not acted on until the verification that it is a genuine claim.
