Correct. ( I hope that you emailed the downloaded N180 DQ document, no pictures, no scans, no posting ?. )
Wait for the Mediation service to contact you regarding that compulsory stage, keep following the 8 steps
Ignore DCB LEGAL4 -
Thanks @Gr1pr. I have done the downloaded version of the N180 and sent it to the email address provided.
Will continue to follow the 8 steps, also.2 -
Update: I was called by Direct Bailiffs. It came up on my phone as "Potential Fraud", so I ignored and got a voicemail. The voicemail was an automated voice saying that they've been trying to contact me..0

From now on , no contact apart from with the Mediation Service or later on from your local court
Meanwhile, take a chill pill5 -
@Gr1pr, always grateful and appreciative of the time and effort you have given to my case.
Will take a chill pill.
Warm regards1 -
Update:
Received letter for mediation call for 6th March.
Still following the 8 steps. Just thought I'd let the thread know.
Have a marvellous week, one and all.2 -
Greetings to everyone. I hope you and your families are well.
UPDATE: had mediation call today. They wanted to settle at £250 out of court, declined, and also made £0 counter offer.
Mediator mentioned potential CCJ if it goes to court and it is ruled in their favour. I told her I was aware and will be preparing my defence if it does go to court.

I hope you have already submitted your defence - else you would not be at mediation stage. Next, you should receive a Notice of Allocation to the court that you selected in your N180 and will have a deadline by which you must submit a witness statement.

You can in fact twiddle your thumbs until they discontinue in the Summer, just before they have to pay the hearing fee. Your job is done apart from proudly coming back to us in a few months with a picture of your NoD to add to Umkomaas' thread
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Good day all. I hope everyone is well.
Just an update:
Received a letter (Notice of Transfer of Proceedings) 14 April, dated 23rd March.
It says the claim has been transferred to my local county court for allocation. And the judges decision will be sent to me in a notice of allocation.
