Restart Scheme Full time Carer

Hi,
I recently had to give up employment that I acquired through the Restart Scheme to be a full time Carer, the scheme is still contacting me and making me appointments and threatening to mandate me to attend even though I no longer have work requirements or a Work Coach(I get the Carer Element). I have notified Restart about my situation but they are saying I can still be sanctioned. Can I just ignore the emails and texts. Thanks.

Update...JC have finally contacted me through my journal and confirmed my attending ReStart is voluntary and to just wait for them to kick me from the service.0

Job Centre need to send update to Restart. Should have happened at time caring was verified. The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.1

Thats what I thought but apparently the JC rarely bother to notify them since they are contracted for 12 months and we can attend "voluntarily" if circumstances change. Was told to just ignore them and they will eventually dismiss me from the scheme and refer it back to the Jobcentre.huckster said:Job Centre need to send update to Restart. It is a simple form that Job Centres send to Restart and it tells Restart that from date caring was verified, your participation in Restart becomes voluntary. The comments I post are personal opinion. That is the point of sending the form. It notifies Restart of the change of circumstances/change of work group so that they know your participation is voluntary.Bemmy2525 said:

If the Restart provider isn't informed, they would likely (should) continue booking mandatory appointments and referring failures to the Jobcentre.
A waste of time, effort and money for all involved all for the lack of sending a form.
For yourself, as long as you are now in the No Work Related Requirments group with relevant Commitments, a Decision Maker should not apply an sanction should a referral be made to them (which it shouldn't, but might, as it appears the correct actions are not being undertaken for some reason).1 -
I've left a message in my journal for an agent to notify Restart about my CoC. I've rechecked what my work plan and commitments say and it is definitely no work/work related activities. If they do nothing it is their problem.TheShape said:
